What we collect
IgReelSave has no accounts and never asks for your Instagram login. Like every web server, ours may record basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) in short-lived logs to keep the service secure. A shortened, anonymised fingerprint of your IP address is used for a few minutes to limit abuse (rate limiting).
Links and files
The Instagram link you paste is used only to fetch that public post. Downloaded photos and videos are kept in a temporary cache for a few hours so that repeat downloads are fast, and are then deleted automatically. Cached files are not linked to you.
Contact form
If you send us a message, we store your name, email address and message only to reply to you, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Cookies and analytics
We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. A short-lived technical cookie is used only to show when your download has started.
Third parties
Media is fetched from Instagram's public servers. We do not sell or share data with anyone.
